Our bartenders craft each cocktail with care, using fresh ingredients and house-made syrups. Whether you’re after something bold or something refreshing, these are the drinks that keep Hawthorn coming back.
New Mexico — Spicy Margarita $23
Tequila, lime, jalapeños, fermented chilli, agave, bitters, spiced salt. As a result, you get bold heat balanced with citrus and smoky salt.
Melbourne Cup $22
Gin, lemon, honey, elderflower, rosemary, orange bitters. Consequently, it’s a refreshing, floral Resistance classic.
Resistance High Ball $23
Ceylon gin, mandarin, coconut, yuzu, bubbles. In fact, it’s tropical, bright, and uniquely ours.
Lychee Longtini $20
Lychee, vodka, lemon, lemonade. In other words, light, sweet, and dangerously easy to drink.
Pina Amaro $23
Pineapple rum, coconut, lime, angostura, amaro. Essentially, a bittersweet twist on the tropical classic.
Espresso Martini $21
Vodka, Mr. Black, espresso, caramel. Above all, it’s rich, smooth, and made with freshly pulled espresso.
